How Hard Are You Really Trying to Make a Difference to Lose Weight?

Everyone in Albuquerque and Phoenix want to lose weight, do a nutritional cleanse, or at least, feel better about what they are eating.  I know I have had a long history of diet programs, work out routines, and support group programs like Overeaters Anonymous to lose weight and I often wonder, "Am I alone?".
No one wants to talk about it, but the truth is, it's just not easy.  Personally, I think it's a pretty lonely road and it's critical to me to have loving and supportive friends along the way.  I found my friend, Terry, who lost a ton of weight, and he has kept it off.  He swears by the daily evening ritual of the 2 oz cleanse.

I've done it and it's true, I do feel better the next morning.  Going a day or 30 on a cleanse or diet program doesn't work for me, IF, that's my mindset.  However, if I make a commitment that I'm going to change a little bit everyday, eat healthier, make better choices and surround myself by people of the same mindset, I've got a chance.

I passed on the donuts at work last week, and I'm not planning to participate this week either.  Packing my lunch with loose baby carrots doesn't seem all that exciting, but having a cute outfit on where I don't seems rolls and lumps, is exciting!  I love the quote, "nothing taste as good as skinny feels".  Call me vain, I don't care, the alternative just isn't worth the misery.
